Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom or engraved pieces, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production before shipment.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and personalization factors.
How should I care for and clean my jewelry?
To maintain brilliance, we recommend cleaning your jewelry with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions, and store your pieces in the provided Kosiner pouch when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Kosiner Jewelry comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of the item.
